I’ve been a chronic re-joiner.
I have joined Weight Watchers six times-yes SIX times since 2002. I have officially become a chronic re-joiner. If lost a few pounds then I would believe I had everything under control so I stop going to meetings, and eventually stopped tracking. Over time I gradually gained the weight back plus a considerable amount more.
What’s Different……I’m Determined
This time I am determined to stick with it until I reach a weight goal that will qualify me to be a Lifetime member with Weight Watchers. The picture below represents the key chain and charms that I hope to receive as a meet accomplishments during my journey to lose weight and become a Lifetime Weight Watchers Member.
What’s Next
How do I turn my determination into action?
There are many things that I need to do to be successful with Weight Watchers
- Track daily
- Follow Weight Watchers Guidelines
- Exercise, Exercise, Exercise
