Determined to Drop the Weight

Two months ago my third son Joshua David was born.

Two weeks ago I was cleared to begin exercising again and I joined Weight Wathchers

Today-I have to find the determination to lose 51 lbs.

Today I ate things that I shouldn't eat

Right now I am trying to find the place in my heart that I will get determined and

Physical Goal #1-Be a Lifetime member with Weight Watchers

I’ve been a chronic re-joiner.
I have joined Weight Watchers six times-yes SIX times since 2002.  I have officially become a chronic re-joiner.  If lost a few pounds then I would believe I had everything under control so I stop going to meetings, and eventually stopped tracking.  Over time I gradually gained the weight back plus a considerable amount more.
What’s Different……I’m Determined
This time I am determined to stick with it until I reach a weight goal that will qualify me to be a Lifetime member with Weight Watchers.  The picture below represents the key chain and charms that I hope to receive as a meet accomplishments  during my journey to lose weight and become a Lifetime Weight Watchers Member.

My Physical goals

On my journey to become more authentic there are many areas that I have a vision to be a better me.  At this point I am focusing on my physical goals. My desire is to loose a considerable amount of weight, I want to go back to being a size 6 and I want to feel better about how I look. My physical goals are more extensive then just looking skinny.  I have broke down my physical goals to seven specific goals that will help me with my larger goal of being in a normal weight range and being in excellent physical condition.

  1. Be a Lifetime member with Weight Watchers
  2. Be a Weight watcher Leader
  3. Be an aerobics instructor
  4. Run a average pace of 10 min per mile
  5. Complete two races
  6. Be 135lbs
  7. Eat Healthy to be healthy

I have made many step on my way to achieving these goals.  I will share those in the coming days and weeks.  I am determined to make a change from the inside out.  I am determined...

Day 14 - A picture of something I could never imagine your life without.

Day 14 - A picture of something I could never imagine your life without.

My bible.  When I need encouragement, I go to my bible.  When I want to read a good story-I read my bible.  When I feel in despair- I open my bible. I carry one in my purse and never leave home without it. I can't imagine my life with it.

Day 13- A picture of my favorite band or artist

Day 13- A picture of my favorite band or artist

My favorite artist is India Aire.  She speaks the truth on so many different levels. Listening to her music always puts in the right mood.

Day 12- A picture of something I love

Day 12- A picture of something I love

I love family. I don’t need to say more about this.

Day 11-A picture of something I hate

Day 11-A picture of something I hate

Do you remember your parents telling you not to use to word hate, but rather to say that you “don’t like or dislike” something.  Hate is such a strong word that signals a strong feeling.  It is defined as “a feeling of extreme aversion for or extreme hostility toward” There are plenty of things that I really don’t like: cottage cheese, brussel sprouts, or ferris wheels.  But if I had no choice I would eat these items.  If my son really wanted to ride the ferris wheel I would get on it and duck my head. What I hate and a have a deep detest for is intolerance and hate itself. What I mean by this is people choice not to tolerate those that are different from them or those whose opinions differ from theirs.
I wasn’t sure how to develop a picture for this.
